If your roof leaks for any reason up to 5 years after we've installed it, we'll come out and determine the cause of that leak.
If that leak was caused by something related to the way your new roof was installed, we'll make it right and cover the cost of our labor to fix it.
And if in the unlikely event you call us for warranty service, we'll put your warranty repair at the very top of our priority list and schedule an inspection as soon as possible.
Now you might notice that some roofing companies will try to offer you a 30-year workmanship warranty. You should be wary of companies that offer this for 2 reasons:
- They're deliberately trying to confuse you by blending their workmanship warranty in with the 25 or 30 year warranty offered on the roof shingles.
- There's a good chance that a company offering a workmanship warranty like this is an out of town storm chaser roofing company that won't be in business if you need them to make things right 2 years from now - let alone in 30 years!
